I don't understand what you mean when you say "pressure pop-off valve?" Do you mean the little needle valve with a small, spring- loaded pivoted tab holding it closed?
Sounds to me we're on a point of considerable interest to anyone running a kart, or any engine with a diaphragm-type carburetor. Can you explain a little further?
