Most vendors are from the US and Canada; you'll see an occasional
British, Australian, or New Zealander listing. All addresses are USA
unless otherwise indicated.
The addresses are broken down by type of product. The first column
contains name, postal address, and telephone/FAX. The second column is
a note field. The third column is the date of the source from which the
information was obtained.
Since some of the listings are several years old, the area codes may
have changed. Some companies also change their 800 numbers quite often.
Don't be surprised if the company has moved since it was listed - some
of these places seem to have the wanderlust. For those of you outside
the USA, the standard phone prefix is 0101+phone number. Your operator
may be able to connect you to an 800 number.
